Dead Pedal

I have been lurking for a while but this is my first post. I know there are a bunch of dead pedal threads, but I have done quite a bit of searching but haven't found a solution to my issue.

I have on '03 stock expect for a Quadzilla. I am having intermittent dead pedal issues, and have had no codes ever. It usually happens when I am cruising 60-70mph on the highway. When I slow down to around 30mph or put it in neutral the engine will die. Once I pull over it usually starts right back up, but occasionally I have to crack it a few times. Even though I never got any codes I figured it was the APPS and replaced it with a Timbo unit and cleaned all the grounds I could find. It had no effect. Then I replaced the lift pump with Geno's filter mounted unit and it seemed to go away for 6-8 months. Well now it is back. I installed a fuel pressure light, comes on with less than 5psi, with the pressure switch mounted it at the CP3. I watched it and it didn't engage until the light until the engine died, so I figure the lift pump isn't the issue.

I am tired of throwing parts at it, anybody have any ideas.

Check your FCA and verify that it's functional.

Another thing....set truck back to stock and remove Quad just to see if problem still persists.

Any way to do that other than the rattle test?

Run some ashless 2-stroke oil in it and see if it goes away.
