I have a 2003 cummins vin 6. The intake blower wheel had one of the fin corners break off, and am wondering how to fix it? I think it is the HE 341 holset. I was thinking maybe just changing the cartridge, or just the intake fan itself. Any input is appreciated.

 

You would need to have it rebuilt or buy a new turbo. More than likely it broke the compressor wheel when it hit the housing due to bad bushings or thrust washer.
