Anyone else had this problem before? plastic endcap on radiator cracked. Dont know if it over pressured or just crapped out. Temps never got hot. Installed new radiator, thermostat, and radiator cap. Hopefully no more problems

Normal for any plastic tank radiator to crack. It happens to them all.

Built Tough Rads makes a traditional all metal brass/copper 3 & 4 row rad for the 3rd Gen Cummins.

They have just recently been released & there are some fitment issues/revisions. The stock plastic Dodge rad has a core that is 1.5" thick.
The BTR 3 row rad is 2.0" thick, the 4 row is 2.5" thick.

If I ever have an issue with my rad, a BTR rad will be my choice...
