It's due. I would replace it...

The problem with trying to epoxy or patch a crack is if you do not drill a small hole at the ends of the crack, it will just continue to keep traveling through.

If you have time and are traveling close to home it may be worth a try, but you decide!

A friend of mine had one like that and the ends were kinda rolled over and crimped to secure the tank to the core. They removed the tank somehow and resealed a new on but t be honest I'd just replace it with that many miles on it. Considering fatigue and the potential for another crack in a different location developing, well... just sayin'.
I have 240K on mine and if anything like that happens it's out in the trash and a new one installed. Peace of mind a long way from home on a deserted highway at night with a truck load of personal treasures makes the decision easy. LOL

what about one from Advance auto??
they have a lifetime gaurantee..I know I've replace the radiatior on my gas 1500 2-3 times from them..

I would prefer a metal radiator..all metal..forget the few $$ saved by making the ends from plastic..

if you opted to try to fix the plastic..there is a plastic bonding epoxy. not sure about the temp limits. might be worth looking into..

When I looked at comparisons, I didn't even consider repair but it was factory replacement vs all metal rad. BC of almost double the $, I opted for the factory replacement purchased from a local rad shop....that's all they do.
