CP3 Question

Hey guru's I had a no start problem with my 03... done all the obvious things fuel filter first and so on..... now i changed out my cp3 with a pump off an 04 truck...the motor date is 05/04....so first question is does this make this an 04 motor or a 04.5 motor.

Now put it on truck and she fired right up and runs great just like always....BUT...i have a code set of p0193....high fuel pressure....is this caused by the new pump being off a 325 motor and the ecm is seeing higher than what is programmed for? or do i have another problem.
I have rechecked everything fuel return lines and return flow rates, all seem to be very good.

Need some help please.
thanks

P0193 is not high fuel pressure. Code is for high volts at fuel pressure sensor. Did you have the sensor unplugged with key on? Is code stored or active?

P0193-FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO HIGH
POSSIBLE CAUSES
OTHER DTC’S
FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR
SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
SUPPLY CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO SUPPLY CIRCUIT
RETURN CIRCUIT OPEN
ECM
INTERMITTENT CONDITION

Measure the voltage between the supply and return circuits of the Fuel pressure
sensor harness connector.
Is the voltage between 4.5 and 5.5 volts?
If yes then connect a jumper wire between the signal circuit of the
sensor connector and the return circuit of the sensor connector.
Does DTC P0192 set? if yes then replace sensor.
