CP3 causing injector failure?

At work we have a 04.5 cummins with 72000mi. At 70000mi 3 injectors failed. Ran good for about 1000mi then had more injector problems. Took back to dealer. Called last night and said 4 injectors were bad. Not sure which ones but at least one of the new ones just installed has failed. Dealer has seen and I've heard alot of problems with the new ultra low sulfur fuel with high water content and bacteria problems. Took fuel sample and looks fine, no water or other contamination. Filter had recently been changed. We run the same fuel in our IH rollback and Ford powerstroke. Has anyone seen or heard of the CP3 high pressure pump failing and putting trash into the injectors?

Theroreticly it is possible, but I've never heard of one.I think that if the CP-3 has worn to the point that it's putting desbris into the rail,It wouldn't make enough rail pressure to run the engine.Run a lube modifier,& cetane booster from now on.I think this new fuel sucks, too.I've been running additives since the LS diesel.& I recomend that everyone else does also.
