Clutch/ slave cylinder problem
hey guys/gals i just replaced my clutch and i went with a solid flywheel, and i got it all in and every thing i tryed to bleed the slave cylinder and i got some air out of it but its still acting like its still not disengaging the clutch i can start it in gear and drive it like my semi. i push the peddle down and its so close to fully disengage it but not enuff. So i wanted to see if any one else has had this problum or they know were i can find something that works with the conversion. The parts store i bought the clutch from said they couldnt get me the slave its on back order or something like that i know south bend has them but i dont want to shell out that kinda money for that
Thanks for the help

I had a similar problem with the stock clutch, thought it was going out. I replaced the slave and master cylinder and it still acted the same. Ordered a new clutch, dropped the trans and found the problem. The tube on the front of the transmission the clutch fork rides on was gummed up and prevented the clutch from fully disengaging.
