Question Changing rear disc brakes - pulsing

I have 115,000 miles and am doing the first set of brake changes. The fronts still seem fine but the right-rear has gone metal-to-metal on the inside pad only. The outside pad looks good. I decide to buy two new rotors and new pads. I changed the right-rear rotor and pads (after having to pound the tire off). After this, the truck drove fine. I decided to change the left-rear rotor and brakes as well but did that side the next day.

After changing the left-rear, the truck pulses when I apply the brakes. I disassembled the left-rear and all appears to be ok. This is when I remembered reading here that I should be sure to torque the lug-nuts down to spec. or I could warp the rotor. Well, I didn't torque them down to spec's originally but did so after tearing it down the second time. Actually, none of the bolts were tighter than the 135lbs required so I didn't think I had done any damage.

Could I have warped the rotor even though I didn't have any of the bolts torqued to the 135lbs.?

Other thoughts?

I also had some issues with my brakes. I have 82k miles on it. The left frond had a pulsing and the wheel was wobbling. Come to find out it was just a little rust build up on the back side of the rotor. Make sure the mounting surface is clean. Good luck!

After reading the post "front brake pad replacement" by madhat from 4-9-07 and after seeing your rotor, I am going to start changing my pads before they even get close to wearing out. Thanks for posting the pics.
