pulsing brakes

hey guys, just got my truck back from the shop after it was there for about a month, anyways i was driving around today and i noticed that my brakes were pulsing. they get a med-high pulse when i tap on the brakes at med pressure. when i tap on them hard it doesnt do that neither does it do it when i tap on them lightly.

any ideas what it might be? thanks

If it sat outside for the whole time and didn't see much use it could also be rust buildup on the rotors. However, you're in Texas and I don't think rust happens down there.
