Change Hubs while doing U-Joints?

My axle u-joints are really BAD. Will finally do them this weekend. I'll try to be careful & not pull hub bearing apart (will probably use PS method). At 115K miles, should I be replacing the bearings anyway? Alot of labor to get there, but don't feel like trowing away $500 if I don't have to.

If they are not squeaking or grinding you may still be OK. I have heard of people unscrewing the ABS sensor and injecting grease into the bearing to increase the longevity of the unit bearing. However, that all depends on if you can get the unit bearing out of the steering knuckle without the unit bearing seperating.

Get yourself a free spin kit and change everything out just once...ball joints too. Then your longevity will increase for sure.
