Not sure anyone will see this in time but I had wheel bearing pile up and need to get home. Not sure where to try to get it fixed here. Almost feel it is faster to buy tools and parts and do it parking lot. Very frustrating as I could do this job in a few hours at home.

 

A buddy of mine takes his truck to Rocky Mountain Cummins. I would come help get your truck back up but we moved a couple years ago. Someone else may chime in soon. Stay away from Lithia CDJ, they go through mechanics quickly and they would probably sell you a new engine even though that isn't your problem. I've always done my own work, so other than Rocky Mountain, I don't know who else to refer you too. They are on the east side of town close to Malmstrom AFB.

I got it switched out. I asked at autozone if they knew a shop who could get me fixed quick and going. The manager gave me a number of a guy with a shop and he met me and together fixed in an hour or so. Was really awesome and I met a really nice guy while down there. Back home in Canada now but would like to say there are great people in Great Falls Mt.

 

It is good to hear it went well, there are some good people out there.
My biggest fear is breaking down and getting "hosed" by some overpriced greedy shop-Been lucky so far. Had RV problems in Helena, Mt. and got lucky last year.
