I got a brand new trans from Ultimate transmission put in Friday. Picked the truck up yesterday but didnt get to drive it really until today. Went to the store, it sticks on the way by reverse going into park. Try it 2 or 3 times and it goes into park. It only has maybe 40 miles on it. Any suggestions i can try until the shop opens tuesday?

 

I would crawl under there and just take a look at the linkage to see if you see any binding. Have someone slowly run it through the positions (with the truck of course)
