Black Smoke rough idle Mystery

Ok I have been having this prob for a while. I put new injectors in bc I had some out, then when I got done and ever sense then it is idling rough and as I rev it up it goes smooth then rough an back an forth. It black smokes a ton when accelerating, slightly smokes when running about 70 mph, no smoke at idle. It gets bad mpg, about 11. Someone in an earlier thread thought I might have not got the injectors seated right so I tore them out an did them all exact to spec. Nothing changed it still does all the previous mentioned problems. I don't know what to do, does anyone think it could have anything to do with the ECM?

are they all new?

if it was my truck i would pull all 6 and have them tested at Diesel Injection Service in Grand Rapids Michigan.

find a authorized Bosch dealer in your area.

Diesel Injection Service charges $30 each, they said it is a lengthy process to check them out thoroughly

they do not knock the $30 off the new ones if you buy the new ones there either.
