Just got home from a 4 hour trip, in traffic idling the engine seemed like it tried to shut down for a second then stutters and comes back to normal idle, it did this twice, then on the way home it did the same thing once at 45ish mph and once at 75mph, it brought on the CEL but no codes by key or on bulldog, any ideas

 

Your lift pump (in the tank) is going out.

 

I just noticed my signature doesn't include the air dog 100 installed last year

 

Any way of checking fuel pressure?

 

My outlook monitor has it on it but I've never really believed it, I'm thinking it's time for a real set of gauges

 

Well I just finally figured out that I ordered an air dog low fuel pressure light! So I hooked it up and the light turned on for a split second while filling fuel lines after checking filter screen, all was good and it fired right up and never came on again, I hope this means the pump is alright good then
