This is an interesting article worth reading ->

REALLY good or we both missed the 'google maps' link right next to the name of the distributor. It gives you exactly what you were looking for...

Nope. I want the inverse.

It shows me where any single station is. Whoo hoo. 99% of these places are in small farm towns. Not that there is anything wrong with such towns, and I don't mind making the detour. But I don't know where they are. I'm heading down I65 thru Indiana, lets say. I want biodiesel. I see a few yellow dots near I65 on the national map. I click on Indiana. I get a list of a bunch of fueling sites...

I can click on each one, (assuming the links work) find out where it is, decide if it's nearby my route or not. Do this 30-40 times. Bah. Hardly a friendly way.

It's a PITA. I want a map w/ all the fueling stops. And to be able to click on each dot and find out what fuel stop that is. Pick by location on a map, not the other way around.

Yet another reason for me to move out of this craphole suburbia hell.... biodiesel is cheaper and more readily available in smaller towns!

This is interesting, but it looks to me like a rather out of date report.

"provisional specifications ... through ASTM PS-121, however these standards are under development and are subject to change"
ASTM D6751 is the bio diesel spec, it's not provisional.

"The cetane value of biodiesel fuel is 40 minimum compared to 42 minimum for Cummins diesel fuel specification"
The bio diesel spec, ASTM D6751, has cetane 48min. The provisional specs they given by Cummins later is cetane of 45 min.

ok so here is my dilemma,

I have normally run fuel oil for some time now (about A YEAr or so) i pay about 1.75 to 2.00 a gallon. Id love to run the bio fuel (love a cleaner enviremnt) however the added cost of 1 to 2 dollars hurts. I have the ability to buy 500 gallons at a time. Anyone have any ideas
