Lots and lots of posts on here about them. Many companies make them. I have one and it feels like is made the steering a little tighter. I used the one from Defiant though.

I've got one too, only mine is a PSC model. They are great. You can feel it. The front end get stiffer over bumps and such, and the steering feels tighter and more responsive. I'm happy.

I have the Solid Steel unit. It is about a 20 minute install if none of the bolts are seized. But don't expect it to cure DW if a loose pitman shaft is not the root cause of the DW in the first place. Regardless, it is a good mod to install as it will seriously prolong the life of the box and stiffen the frame where it counts.

I have that sector shaft brace from Canada. It is a nice unit, easy to install. It may not prevent death wobble if you have other problems, but it sure should save your steering box.
