All oil and fluid change

Ok got 100k on the truck now so i wanna change ALL the fluids in the truck. Which fluids and oils should i run? What brand and weight and etc.....

Motor oil: Rotella
Trans fluid: ????
T-Case fluid: ????
Front and rear diff: ???

Motor oil that is 15/40 or 5/40 Ci4+ or Cj is fine
Trans will be the Syncromesh for the 04.
Transfer case is ATF+4
Front and rear diff is 75/90 GL5 rated synthetic. 140 weight if you tow heavy

well the truck is a manf date of 03 but late 03 does it matter on the trans? its a NV5600.

nope change it about every 6 months or 50k and it will last and your difs about every 50k

If you have the NV5600 then Syncromesh is the one you want.

I think a lot of guys with NV5600 also run Redline MTL.

Owners manual has a page for capacities. T/C holds around 2.5 qts, rear diff. is about 4 qts., front diff is about 3 qts.

I had to replace my waterpump at like 90k so thats good.

Consider changing PS fluid and brake fluid. Both are benefital services for life of components.

For the PS I use a big syringe with a hose and suck out the reservoir every 50k or so and replace with new fluid. That method gets most of it.
