ac problems

Went to dealer yesterday and 35 degrees on drivers and 65 on passanger side, he said sometimes it is because it is to low from factory but it was just barely low now supposably 43 0n one and 45 on the other or something like that. He said if that did not help they would have to try something else. Anyone found out what is causing this. It is on a 05 2500 slt diesel.

me too

I went to the dealer and recieved the same b.s. This time they said it comes from the factory over charged and corrected it. On the way home it blew even warmer my thoughts on this are that there is 1 a problem with the blend doors/ recirculation door sealing tight. ??? There also seems to be a system flow problem maybe the evap sensor?? I did notice the cooling fan comes on a little slow when the high side pressure rises, it is a clutch type fan though. But as a tech myself I have found that even a small leak in the doors will reduce the cooling lots. Im not going to spend anymore time discussing this with the writer he didnt seem interested in doing the work and again I will have to fix it myself. I have a couple of friends that are a/c and heating only suppliers and will post when I find a good fix. Till then I'll just have to let my wife drive on trips to keep her happy. I assume Dodge cant afford to fix this and that explains why they have stated a noticble differance in vent temperature is normal .I just hope engine and transmission failure isnt too.
