So I’ve been reading up on this issue and I’m about ready to tackle it. I’ve seen video on 05 and I thought it was doable, however as I look at my firewall I see there is a softer section that runs a couple inches lower that the metal. Is this something that has to be removed. There is only about an inch clearance with it in place and maybe 3” if it is removed. Anyone have any imput?
