05, lift pumps?

05, lift pumps?
If I buy a 05 will I still have lift pump problems? I'm not up to date on the changes on the new trucks. Thanks

Well now its in the fuel tank and more of a pusher pump then a lift pump.How it does is anyones guess at the moment.No failures that I've read about so far but they haven't been used very long yet.

04.5 and 05 are differant.05s are in the tank.Never heard of a lift pump blowing up.Not pumpimg yes,but not blowing up.
