I got a cummins computer wire yesterday. # 3164263 12.00 + tax installed in pin #22 works just fine. also have cummins clutch switch but don't have any instructions on where to attach the 2 wires .I think one should go to ground and the other to pin #22. has any one done one of these yet.? switch cummins #3871395 $40.00 thanks Wayne

remove plug B on the PCM (the one toward the rear of engine) you have to disconnect the whole plug from the PCM, (there is a 4mm allen screw in the center) push the sealing plug out of #22, I used a paper clip (starting at to left,count across, there are 50 pins total, #22 is second in from left, third row down) the cummings wire#3164263 then must be grounded then it must be enabled by dealer or with dullydog downloader

 

yes, to make the clutch switch work, 1 wire goes to the #22 pin & the other goes to a ground, it basically just breaks the ground when you depress the clutch. didn't put the switch on mine, just ran the wire from #22 to a ground
