03 manual high idle enable...

03 manual high idle enable...
I took my truck to dealer to set pinion factor for new tires and asked if they could enable high idle. They said it was not offered in the 03 models. Is there any way to get this to work? Any kind of flash or computer upgrade thing?Its going in next week for new ring and pinion.
