I own a 03 4door CTD not sure where to post this Q?

When running the ac or heat and have the selector on vent the drivers vent blow cold and the pass vent blow hot?

Please help

Whe you say pass. blow hot do you mean not as cold as driver? And when they do it's like 15-20min after haveing truck running with a/c on it finally blows the same temp. I know on the newer trucks that it's a common thing and I don't beleive dodge has a fix for it, but it is normal on the newer trucks and it gets under your skin sometimes. But others will correct me in anything I have said if i'm not correct.
