Windshield Washer - Can't find the Leak

When I run the windshield washer, the fluid that's pumped leaks down on the frame rail on the drivers side.
I can see a hose from the pump that appears to go inside the firewall and from there I guess it runs up to the valley where the wipers are. No fluid gets to the nozzles but runs on the ground near the drivers frame rail.

Not sure how to take out the plastic cover that's over the valley for the wiper arms without damaging it. Any advice is appreciated.

Pull the wiper arms first then turn or gently pry the buttons off.

You may also need to pull the gasket at the front of the cover at the cab seam under the hood.

The spray hoses are under there...
