switching to power windows/locks

I have been a long time lurker, but this is my first post. This forum is full of all types of useful information. I have found a donor vehicle that has factory power windows and locks, I would get the door panels and motors. How hard would these be to put into my truck? Is the wiring already there or would that have to be added?

Wiring would probably have to be added IIRC. I think it would be a pretty difficult task.
