Power windows and locks question

I got my wife a 2000 Dodge Quad Cab short box 3/4 4x4 pickup with a 5.9 V8 and a auto trans. She likes the truck a lot, but it's an ST model with manual windows and locks.

Is the Dodge wiring harness setup from the factory to change from manual windows/locks to power ones? I guess what I'm asking is it kind of plug and play after getting all the power window and lock parts to do the upgrade. Also it doesn't have the map/trip meter overhead and I was wondering if I found the map/trip meter and the wiring to plug it in, will it just plugin to the wiring harness at a certain point without doing a lot of modifications?

Once I switched an 87 Chevy Silverado pickup over to power windows and locks and it was kind of plug and play for hooking it up to the factory wiring harness.

Her Dodge has the Dana 60 in the back and it has 4.10 gears in it. What can I expect for average highway gas mileage out of this pickup with factory sized tires?

Thanks for the help,

Doug
