Spare tire winch won't keep the tire tight.
I have a 4" dual exhaust system from Rip Rook. My spare tire winch backed off and the tire ended up swinging by the cable. The pipes pass so close to the spare that it swinging by the cable broke the weld on one of the hangars. Is there a way to tighten that thing up so it won't back off, or do I need to replace it. Even after I crank it down until it clicks several times, it still won't get it snug up against the frame.

it is the "spare tire hanger downer picker upper"
just jokin' i am not really sure never known one to go bad. but if you tell you need the crank assy. for the spare tire on " insert make and model here" they should have no trouble figuring it out.
