I need a reverse light plug for my '96 Dodge Ram... It plugs into the taillight housing and only need about 3" of wiring. Anyone know where I can get one? Junkyards around here generally don't have stuff that new.

There's some '90 Caravan stuff on there right now. I wonder if the sockets are the same among all Chrysler stuff from that vintage? I guess I just need to go to the junkyard and look.

if you can find one in a jy or elseware the bulb sockets for both bulbs are on a pigtail that is only about 1 foot long and unplugs from the rest of the harness !
takes about 10 sec to unplug and plug in another pigtail , 1500,2500 are the same gas and diesel !

 

Thanks for everyone's help. I ended up finding some on Ebay. Two complete tailliight socket assemblies for $7 + shipping.
