I just priced one from www.browns-of-tworivers.com and it was $350.90 for the whole thing. The way I understood it when the bodyman went through it with me (I don't need to replace the whole thing anyway) there are spot welds on the inside lip that hold it on, and down the front of the box. It didn't sound too bad.

Oh yeah, depending on where the damage is, they have separate patch panels for pretty much the entire side (front lower, rear lower, upper wheel arc) check out the site, they've got a lot of stuff.

If your going to replace the full bed side...

Grab a air chisel and go for it!!! Have a bit of fun...(just don't get carried away with it!)

No but really cut the major part of the bed side off and then use a drill and drill out all the spot welds if you can. Then if your careful you can use the air chisel to finish up the job. You will have to straighten some of the flange again.
