Question on aiming fog lights

I just put a heavy-duty front bumper on my truck. I pulled the factory foglights out of the sport bumper and built some brackets to mount them to the new bumper. Just waiting on the paint to dry so I can get them put on.

Anyway, my question is: what is the spec for aiming the fog lights?

I know I can aim them pretty well, just by sight, but I was wondering if there was a legal angle they had to be at or anything. I run with them on quite often when it's snowing, so I'd like to keep them aimed right so I'm not blinding people or getting pulled over...

try this, seems very similar to the tirerack link.

this guy has a wealth of information on his website. a lot of what he says on there goes against what a lot of guys do on here. i would trust his opinion on anything to do with lighting. he is also very helpful if you contact him with any questions.
