If it's one of the motors you have to replace the whole lower seat frame. More than likely it's in the switch(s). I'd get a test light and start checking the switches. Make sure you getting power to them. Then toggle the switch, is there power on the other side of the switch when operated? If your not getting power to the switch(s) go back to the fuse panel and start there. If you do have power go to the motor(s) and check for power there. I had to do this on my fathers truck when one of the motors conked out.

Good luck

This was just posted last week.
I was able to repair one of my seat motors that stopped working after they got wet in a car wash (the window was open a small amount)
If it turns out to be a bad motor, It can be repaired.
You'll need some torx bits to unbolt it out of there and remove the bottom cushion to get easy access to the motors (I discovered that after the fact)
Hope you find the problem.

its not a lack of power to the motort or switches.. the switches them selves have had 4 years of mud. rain etc. i drive with my window down just about everywhere. there pics of my left side with 2 inches of mud from offroading etc.

so i just need to know if theres a way to not replace the whole seat, bottom part of the seat. knowing dodge. ill need to do that. the individual switches are not serviceable . its a giant 4 switch box!!

thanks

You should be able to replace just the switches.
