4 months....not counting the month wait for my door & bed to arrive. I was working evenings after work don't forget.

Thanks. I'm still not 100% sure that grey was the right choice now. I need a few days to get used to it. I'm messin with the paint program again.

 

Im such a big fan of the color choice you made that I'd rather see you paint it then LineX it. Looks REAL good, now get some new wheels!

 

I know what you mean, but in my line of work....gotta have Line-x. My rockers were all chipped up & after all of the work I've done, it is not happening again. I'll be getting wheels....one day. If Quad gets the Adrenaline 4k stuff finished, hopefully soon, I will be selling my Redline & getting some new shiners. These wheels will be getting polished up for now.

 

Any way you can post some higher res photos via photobucket or something? I think we need the FULL effect!

I will try to get some good pics soon. I need to clean this truck in a bad way. I was rushing to get everything together, lots of cleaning to do.

 

Here are pics taken this morning. I used my paint program [again] to show the Line-x.

 

Line-x guy called me today. He practically begged me not to do the Line-x right now. He told me that he did a truck last month which had 30 day old paint job & very bad results. I took that as a sign from above to not do it. I am gonna paint the bottom in Gunmetal grey for now, get Line-x in the fall. I'm really disappointed, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

That was my choice to offer. I think it will look good either way man.
