Outside air temp sensor

Where is it and is it cheap to replace?
My overhead was reading what I wish the temperature was last week (75* instead of 95*) and was bouncing all over the place in 5-10* increments. Until now it has been accurate, now it is almost worst than the "mileage guesser" that is up there.

On your '02, you'll find it mounted to the hood latch, hood side.

Doesn't look to hard to R&R, I think there's a connector pretty close to it so there isn't a lot of wire fishing.

As long as it's the thermocouple thats the problem, and not the decipherer portion of the PCM.

Mine was reading wrong also and I was prepared to replace it but I did the diagnosis first and it came back good. I unhooked the batteries when I was doing my apps reset and now it works just fine. Go figure.
