New headliner shell

Anybody know where I can get a new headliner shell for a 95 Club cab?

You want the part that the headliner fabric is glued to? I'd say a junk yard.
Had mine out a couple of months ago to glue a new piece of fabric to it. Headliner much nicer now.

Dad uses the following, as he has been doing headliners for years:
3M™ Spray Trim Adhesive, 08074, 16.8 Net
3M Id : 60-9800-4439-4
GTIN(UPC/EAN) : 0 00 51131 08074 4
Buyer's Part Number : 08074

Carried at places like Pep Boys.
Make sure you have the inside of the truck warm when you do it, if you leave it in the truck when repairing. This is what Dad did on his 95, but it was Sepetmber, and warm when he did it.
Mine was too far gone for patching so I pulled out the "shell", scraped the old headliner off, took a wire brush, on a drill, to the remaining adhesive that was on there. I bought the fabric from a fabric store. I didn't expect those ladies at the store to have any idea what I was talking about so I took a sample. They immediately said, "Oh, you want headliner. Right this way."

If it's starting to come down, you might as well go ahead, pull it out, and fix it right.
The foam starts separating from the cloth because the foam rubber starts breaking down.
If you try to glue areas back up, it will just fall in other spots later.

I used a regular wire brush to scrape all the old glue and foam off the shell.

Replaced fabric in mine with some I found in a fabric store. Glued it on with 777 spray on glue. Got the wrong kind of fabric and the sun got to it right away, better off going to an uphostery place and get something heavier with UV protection.

Update: A buddy of mine had a shell out of a 1500 that he gave me.I took it to a local upholstery shop and they recovered it for $60 while I waited! I would recommend Shadburns in Macon Ga to anyone, they are great to do business with.I had estimates for as much as $250 for the headliner.

If you have a roof console, the headliner retails for $125 at the dealer. Without console, $202.
