need some electrical help

just bought a 1995 dodge ram 3500 dually. i already have a 2004 3500 but needed a work truck for the farm. now i have some prolems. the passenger side window won't go up. the motor won't turn. not from the driver side or passenger side switches. also when you switch on the headlight the windshield wiper start at the same time. any ideas? thanks for all the help in advance!

I never heard of the wipers with headlights like that but I do know that the headlight switch is pushed to the limit and occasionaly will melt itself.

Sounds like some bad grounding.. I am not sure on the locations of the grounds in the cab, but the others to the frame etc should be cleaned up.

As far as the window, check for power at the switches and the motor. That will tell you what needs replacing. It may be a bad ground there as well.
