I need some help with some brakes

My rear brakes are completely shot in my 99 2500 what is the cheapest way to replace the rear brakes entirely anyboyd got any ideas let me know a truck shop quoted me almost $700 dollars and thats way outta my price range ive heard they can be cheap but any info would be appriciated.
