Question Initials on Cab

Does anyone know what the "SLT" on the cabs of our trucks stand for? I don't think it's described in my owners amnual. Thanks--Ray

Thanks Commatoze, I guess we can all come to our own conclusions on this unless someone can get to the Dodge Corp. and ask those engineers.
Looks as those guys on that other site have figured out their own definitions of the SLT letters.--Thanks

Since I have a SPORT and somehow that seems like one of those oxymorons (I mean really,,,,,,,,,,,,, would you ever associate the term SPORT with a 7,000lb. diesel pick-up?)
I guess it could stand for Sounds Pretty Out Right Tuff ,,,,,,,,,,

Well... I gave Daimler Chrysler a call and here's what the lady had to say:

ST = Sport Truck
SLT = Sport Long Truck




Kinda' lame I thought...
