Fuel Filter Drain...........

Hi, recently bought a 1997 3500, really enjoying it. The other day, I went to drain the fuel filter as is reccommended, and discovered that the drain handle was not there! Looks like someone has broken it off. Mine was a "long" pull type handle. When I phoned Dodge for the cost of a replacement, they quoted $135.00 Cdn. Went over to Cummins and he tried to sell me one like the attached picture. Looks like his replacement uses 4 screws to attach, mine only has two. Does anyone know if the Cummins drain valve will fit? Or know where I can get a cheaper (than Dodge) replacement?

TIA
Rick
