Differen in Steering Stablizer on 98 and 99?

I was looking to get a replacement steering stabilizer, a Rancho, and their catalog only lists up to 99. I know big changes happened to the front axle in 2000, but does anyone know what the difference is between 98 and 99?

Thanks,
Chris
