I just put mine on last week. I took pics of the stock vs. Thuren side by side on the floor, and on the truck. I will post the pics here this evening when I get home.
I have had it on about a week, so far, so good!

Does the Thuren Stock Stabilizer shock MOVE AROUND? It is only clamped on, unlike the factory which uses a bolt hole. So, does the Thuren need adjustment due to movement?
What does it help with? Death wobble?

No adjustment necessary, and no, it won't move around. That clamp will supply way more force than needed to hold it in place. Most aftermarket stabilizers clamp on with (2) u-bolts and they don't move. The bearing surface of that clamp must be 10x larger than a dual u-bolt setup.

I was a little concerned with movement when I ordered as well, but ptgarcia is right, this clamp is NICE. Huge surface area, espcially when compairing it to a dual u-bolt setup. I have had no slippage with mine.

Not to worry
This thing ain't moving. The clamp is big and the reason Don doesn't use the factory hole is because the Fox shock is longer then the stock. The price is good and it works so I say go for it.
I also ordered the Fox Stabilizer but Don does NOT include instructions. I am having a hard time removing the factory stud where the factory shock mounts to the bar. I removed the bolt but then when I removed the nut from the other side, the factory shock stud does NOT want to come out.

The taper shaft gets rusted up. Soak it down with some penetrating oil & let it set for 10 to 15 minutes. I used a small pipe wrench to turn it a little bit to break it loose.
