Has anybody had any problems with a squeaky clutch pedal? I've sprayed enough WD40 on all the linkages of the clutch pedal, but I still am getting a good long squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek when I slowly push the clutch pedal in on my '97 manual trans 2500. Can anybody give me an idea as to how hard it is to replace the seals in the clutch master cylinder? Where else could the squeek be coming from?

Our '99 has the same issue when it is cold. I have only applied lube to one joint and figure I'll have to pull the pedel to get to the source. I have not taken time to do that yet. We are coming into spring and it won't be an issue if I procrastenate. Just like I did on learning to spell.

Dodge trucks have nylon bushings on each end of the pedal pivot point (where the bolt goes thru)have to remove the bolt and lock nut and then take the brake and clutch pedals out, replace and lube the new parts.They wear out pretty regular.
Never changed any on mine .Once the bushings wear thru it's metal to metal and it will drive you CRAZY!
