a/c problems!!

a/c problems!!

did the re-charge of the a/c on my 1999 ram ctd and it seems to be overcharged, any bleeder fittings on the a/c system to remove excess pressure also compressor kicks on and off continually never stays on more than a minute-- any help or info greatly appreciated

How warm is it there? If it is hot, then the compressor staying on for less than a minute suggests 1. there isn't enough R134 in the system, and/or 2. the low pressure switch has a problem. What kind of pressure are you seeing on the low side? You should be seing in the low 40's.
What made you think it was overcharged?
