building "new" 94 second gen

Hi , I am in the process of gathering the pieces to build a "new" 94 . Just reaching out to see if I may have compatability issues prior to trying to assemble.

I have :
1. a rust free 2001 standard cab (originally 2wd automatic, no cab lights)
2. rust free second gen doors and fenders ( I plan on the sport light conversion)
3.a rust free 2001 second gen frame (was thinking blast paint off and galvanize but now looking for best frame coating , I will be fluid filming for winter use)
4. perfectly running 145k miles 12 valve (in the 94 currently on the road)
5. a NV4500 with 115k miles from a 98 3500 v 10 dually with transfer case driveshafts clutch pedals etc
6. I am picking up tomorrow 2000 front end (with dual piston calipers and knock off rotors)

So as you can see I have collected quite a pile, I am concerned about unforseen compatability issues and am looking for any suggestions that the community may have to offer

Thank you all in advance

Getting a '01 cab with the different gauges, dash, bezel, steering column, A-pillar trim, and wiring to work with a '94 motor and '94 wiring will involve a decent amount of parts swapping.
Would have been easier with a '94/'95 12V cab with the right wires, gauges, bezel ETC.

I have a complete rust free '94/'95 reg cab 2wd truck here that I pulled the powertrain out of for my '78 Ramcharger 12V build. It is a complete roller, just missing the engine and 47RH transmission. I would consider selling all the fresh from Fla sheetmetal off it...
Or I will do that swap myself when I get the other 3 12V builds / projects done I am doing now.

Are the rust free doors you got for a standard cab or a quad cab?.. as they are different and do not interchange.

You will need a diesel flywheel to use that V-10 transmission.
