brake problem

was driving today and the fronts brakes started to stick and were rubbing and the brake pedal was hard couldn't push it in at all went on for about 20 mins or so then the brakes went back to normal. not to long after that went to stop and the pedal went to the floor no brakes you could pump it and it got a little stifer but still no brakes. pulled over and checked the fluid and the rubber gasket that goes on the lid of the master cyinder was all stretched out and had a suction when i tried to take the lid off.

take a look between the fuel tank and the chassis for brake fluid leaking.
