Sway Bar Bushings

Is there any advantage to getting the polyurathene swaybar busing or whick one should I get. Aslo does anyone know what size swaybar would be on my truck.

I also have a 95 2500 4x4 and just installed an energy suspension sway bar bushing set I bought from summit racing(ENS 5 5126G). Energy listed 30mm and 32mm on their site. Mine was 32mm.They are greaseable which is nice and easy to install.
