Replacing sway bar connector bushings. ???

Found this while doing an oil change. The bushing is torn and toast. I looked in my Haynes manual and it appears to be the connector for the sway bar. Instructions looked straight forward. Anybody ever have to replace this? How about Energy Suspension bushings?

Very straight forward, loosen both sides to make the bar easier to rotate out of the way.Just don't overtorque them and they will live much longer
