P0122 - Accelerator Position Sensor (APPS) Signal Voltage Too Low

Sounds like the APPS is out of range. I'd try to calibrate it first, but if it keeps coming back it could be replacement time.

I have had some dead pedal problems pretty bad. do i need a volt meter to reset it?

Just do a search on APPS and read on.
