AC Blend door servo ?
My ac in the truck is not right. It blows the best comming out of the heater vents. No matter what setting I put it on the most air comes out of the heater vents on floor.
I do get some comming from the vents if I put switch to ac, but the most comes from the floor vent. Even in defrost the most air comes from the floor....
Someone mentioned a blend door servo could be the problem. Where is this located and is there any way to test it???

Bringing this up again in hopes of someone knowing the answer

Blend door is vacuum activated.
There is a vacuum line going along the bottom of the windshield in the engine compartment, just under the wiring harness.
It has a bunch of junctions and rubber caps (I assume for vacuum operated accessories that our trucks don't have), make sure all the caps are on snug, and the lines are connected at the junctions.
One junction goes off down through the firewall, this is the one that operates the blend door.
If all connections are good, and caps are snug, I believe the servo is located behind a panel on top of the transmission hump, up agains the firewall (where the floor vents come out)

Thanks, I will look at the area and see if I can fix it. I have checked all the connections and hoses and they look good.
