98 12 valve quad cab

I found an unmolested 98 12 valve quad cab short box in near mint condition. It has 88,000 miles and the 47re. I have two questions for you guys, how much is it worth, it has leather and is fully loaded. And also, the guy took great care of it and flushed the tranny every year, how long do you think the tranny will hold out? Thanks

i paid $18500 for mine with 80,000 on it and it had a few small scratches and dings in it. as far as the auto i don't care for them, but if your gonna upgrade it then they are almost bulletproof

Wow....trucks are expensive in Ohio.

I would try looking for one in Texas. You can find them much, much cheaper down here. I realize you are looking for a '98, but you can find a similarly equipped '01 for 18,500 or less.

I gave 13k for my '98, and I paid too much. I only gave more because I bought if from my wifes grandpa, and he needed the money. Plus, I knew what he had.

if your going to bomb that the truck to have! i have a 98 24v and wish i would have looked around a bit more and found a 12v auto. the manuals just arnt going to be fast when u put a clutch in that will hold the power. to me a 98 12v is worth its weight in gold!
