Any Suggestions?

Lately my truck just doesn't seem to idle as smooth as it used to. I have ran fuel additive a few times, valves were adjusted not too long ago to 8 and 18. Only code that comes up is 0500. (don't know exactly what that means). I put injectors in about a month ago, it was idling fine right after the install but the last week it seems to be a little rougher. Still seems to run fine driving, smokes good and has enough power. Any suggestions? Thanks
Luke

I just don't know what 0500 means in real life, or what would cause it. Could extended cranking cause it?

Spinning the rears can cause the 0500, or it is actually bad,
but you'd see it in your speedometer, ABS light might be on, and cruise wouldn't work.

I'm told that it can come from spinning your tires. My roommate got it from that. I just randomly had it pop up on mine.

No abs light. Cruise worked last time I tried it. (kinda freaks out), and I don't really spin my tires on purpose. Speedo has always worked. Hmmm. Any ideas about the rough idle? I should clarify that I had to have another CTD owner listen because everyone else says it sounds smooth to them, so its not too rough, just not as smooth as it was. Valve adj maybe?
